Safety is our top priority. All treks are led by certified mountain guides with wilderness first aid training. We provide comprehensive medical kits, oxygen cylinders for high-altitude treks, regular weather monitoring, and 24/7 emergency support. Our guides are trained in emergency evacuation protocols.
No prior experience needed for our easy and moderate treks like Kedarkantha, Har Ki Dun, and Brahmatal. We offer treks for all fitness levels - from beginners to experienced trekkers. Each trek listing specifies the difficulty level, and our team helps you choose the right trek based on your fitness and experience.
Our packages include accommodation (camping tents/guesthouses), all meals from day 1 dinner to last day breakfast, experienced trek leader and support staff, camping equipment (tents, sleeping bags, mattresses), permits and forest fees, first aid kit, and oxygen cylinders for high-altitude treks. Transport from base camp is usually included.
Essential items include: trekking shoes, warm clothes (3-layer system), rain jacket, water bottle, headlamp, sunglasses, sunscreen (SPF 50+), personal medicines, and a backpack (40-50L). We provide a detailed packing list after booking. Sleeping bags and trekking poles can be rented if needed.
Cancellations 30+ days before: Full refund minus processing fee. 15-30 days: 50% refund. Less than 15 days: No refund but you can transfer to another batch within the same season. Weather-related cancellations decided by trek leader are fully refundable. We recommend travel insurance for added protection.
